Your Green Island Eco Adventure offers an abundance of activities and nature. This tropical island paradise is a National Park and home to over 120 native plant species, colourful bird life and surrounded by unique shallow sea grass and abundant marine life to explore. It’s the only coral cay on the Great Barrier Reef with a rainforest growing on it too!

With the choice of three daily departures from Cairns, the Green Island Eco Adventure is perfect for a half or full day experience on this beautiful Great Barrier Reef island.

With a range of exciting optional activities, you can even design your day at your own pace. Choose your way to experience the fringing reef – stay dry in a glass bottom boat coral viewing tour or choose snorkelling equipment to swim and snorkel directly from the white sandy beaches. Lunch and snacks can be purchased from the island’s food and refreshment outlets.

As a Great Adventures guest, you’ll also be able to enjoy many exclusive inclusions such as the use of the island swimming pool and a self guided eco island walk to discover some of the island’s unique rainforest flora. The island’s well-appointed day visitor facilities include a pool bar, plus refreshment and retail outlets.
