Each Ocean Rafting tour offers three days in one, including an exhilarating ride to Whitehaven Beach and Hill Inlet, pristine Whitsundays snorkelling reefs and guided Whitsunday Island National Parks walks.

This Ocean Rafting Whitehaven Beach Adventure offers the perfect Whitehaven Beach tour, visiting both ends of the world famous beach and enjoying approximately two hours relaxing at the southern end of the 7km stretch of Whitehaven Beach.

In addition this our also visits Hill Inlet including a guided National Park walk to Hill Inlet lookout above the silica sand of Whitehaven.

Your tour is completed by a wonderful snorkel at an exclusive location witnessing the best of the fringing coral reef.

Ocean Rafting Whitehaven Beach Adventure visits both ends of the world famous beach and enjoying approximately two hours of relaxing at the southern end.

At the northern end of Whitehaven Beach, enjoy a guided bushwalk to spectacular Hill Inlet Lookout to view and capture photographs of the stunning swirling silica sands and aqua water.

Ocean Rafting are the only tour to have direct access to all areas of the stunning and iconic Hill Inlet beach to ensure you enjoy the most memorable experience of this special place.

Snorkels for over an hour at Border Island, Dumbell Island, or one of our “secret” snorkel spots and enjoy the amazing hard and soft corals of the fringing reefs, as well as a huge range of marine life including colourful fish and turtles.

Ocean Rafting Whitehaven Beach Adventure has the fastest day boats in the Whitsundays, meaning it is not only an adventurous ride, but distances are covered in a shorter time, leaving more time for activities.  

The semi rigid inflatable vessels are super fast allowing guests to experience a fun ride, adventure and education amongst the natural beauty of the Whitsundays.

Ocean Rafting’s Skipper and Environmental Manager, James, is an accredited Master Reef Guide.  Master Reef Guides are recognised as the world’s leading reef guides, interpreters and story tellers, sharing the wonders of the Great Barrier Reef World Heritage Area. These reef ambassadors provide up to date information on the reef, share stories of the magical World Heritage Area and explain what guests can do to make a difference.  The Master Reef Guide program is delivered by the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority, Association of Marine Park Tourism Operators and Tourism and Events Queensland, and is the first of its kind for the reef.
