Summertime Whitsundays is the only vessel in the region that allows guests to experience guided kayaking safaris on “sit-on-top” kayaks. This allows the Summertime Whitsundays crew guide you on an eco-friendly exploration of hidden inlets and fringing reefs as a group which is a highlight of this cruise.

Experience the glorious Whitsundays and explore the best parts of the islands with your Summertime Whitsundays cruise. Enjoy opportunities to snorkel, kayak, sail and bushwalk to Hill Inlet Lookout for those perfect photographs.

Sailing:
Summertime Whitsundays offers the chance to experience real sailing and your crew will make every effort to make sure you get to enjoy this thrill as you make your way around the islands! Feel the power of the wind as you make your way from one place to the next, enjoying the world as it passes by.

Snorkelling:
Snorkel among the colourful and diverse fringing reefs of the Whitsundays. Stop at several snorkel destinations and compare different reefs, witness colourful corals and tropical fish and hopefully spot some turtles!

Kayaking:
The Whitsundays only eco-friendly ‘guided’ kayak tour is available on Summertime. Two-person inflatable kayaks give you a chance to explore the marine park in a whole new way. Paddle your way around the calm coves of crystal clear bays  and see the coral and fish from above. Wash up on Whitehaven Beach in your kayak, explore the 7 kms of silica sands and relax for a while, before kayaking back to the boat for lunch.

Summertime Whitsundays pride themselves on freshly prepared and home made foods.

Note: There are no set itineraries as the trips vary according to the weather, allowing for a customised and personalised experience.

  – Gluten Free incurs a surcharge of $10 – Please confirm on booking

• Every guest is issued with an eco-bag to pack their belongings. These bags are permitted on board only.
• Luggage Storage is offered at WSA’s check-in office at a one off minimal charge.

Important Information

• Itineraries may be subject to change dependant on weather and other circumstances
• Prices are in Australian Dollars (AU$)
• Each passenger must have a clear understanding of safety directions and instructions given in English by the crew and be able to complete the required safety forms in English.
  A passenger is only able to participate in water activities if they have a level of swimming experience.
  If a passenger is unable to swim they will still be able to participate in the sailing trip, but will not but able to participate in water activities such as snorkelling. 
  In order to meet our minimum safety standards, passengers must be able to exit the vessel unassisted in the unlikely case of an emergency.
